Shipping and Returns

If you are unfortunately not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I am of course, here to assist you swiftly.
Once your payment has been processed, we will ship your items within 2 working days from our location on the Gold Coast, Queensland.
You have 21 calendar days to return an item(s) from the date you received it.
Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition.
Your item(s) also needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once I have received your item, I will notify you that I have received your returned item. I will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) and I will also cover shipping costs.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days (typically within 5 working days), depending on your card issuer's policies.
